The property's location was great and absolutely perfect, near the shops in Ginza. I greatly enjoyed the room with refrigerator, the bed was very comfy. Everything was modern, but a few employees were not particularly friendly.

Very helpful team with perfect customer service. The hotel had a central location to Tokyo station which you need if you have a JR Pass. Chuo Ward district was worth staying in.

Great and absolutely perfect location adjacent to Tokyo Station for an early train, and multiple subway stations and the Narita shuttle, and reasonable prices. Again, walking distance to Sony Building Park.
No breakfast.

Had a really nice stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. Its location relatively near Pola Museum Annex was particularly good and absolutely perfect.

The place was good priced. The hotel had a central location and it was minutes away from Wakayama Art Museum. This venue was set in a very convenient area. The hotel rooms were decent sized and brand-new with access to lounge close by, free phone, toothbrush.

The room with nice bathroom. The hotel had a central setting very near to the Metro Station. I visited Burassuridonpieru, based just next door to the property, had dinner there.

The location is good, next to Tokyo Station for an early train and shopping area and Tokyo train station - couldn't be better. There is café Atelier Cafe, set 200 metres walk away. Make sure to get double room with the redundant coffee table, need-free water bottles plus all necessary equipment...

The hotel with functional and STYLISH rooms, in a good quiet area, near to everything. Friendly staff all over the place. Nice building and rooms with complimentary water in the fridge. Delicious breakfast, a lot of options available. Favourable location, walking distance from The Police Museum. Great choice for business trip.

The location of the hotel in Tokyo is magnificent, near Subway and Ginza Shopping Street, loads of stores and train station/monorail that would transport to airport. The units were good little and well-appointed in the already confined space.

Well-appointed room and air conditioner and a trouser press inside. Many things to like: comfortable bed, good food, attentive staff. Excellent and perfect location to main Ginza shopping areas and very convenient area.
Very small bathroom, not clean room.
